Overview
Our returns and refunds policy lasts 14 days for defective or non-defective items from the date and hour of purchase. If 14 days have passed (the fifteenth day) since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. Within the 14 days we will provide a paid return label (we pay for the return) up to and including 14 calendar days (336 hours) after the purchase. After the 14 day period it will be the responsibility (customer will pay for) shipping the item back to store; otherwise all shipping is FREE. When the item is received in original condition, the refund or exchange will be made to payor.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Partial Credit
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is requested to be returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Within 2 days your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Defective Items
We only replace items if they are defective from the store or damaged in shipping (insured by me). The item can be replaced with a new item or the defective item can be repaired.
Shipping your Return
Print the return label that is emailed to you and tape it securely to the boxed item (original packaging please).
