Overview
Shipping to you is free. Alternatively, if you live in Omaha then delivery and installation is free.
Shipper
We reserve the right to choose the shipper. Different sizes and weights may be more effective by another method. The method chosen will always have tracking and insurance for replacement cost.
Time
You should receive your item four days after payment. Larger items (above 10 lbs or above 18″ may take a little longer) .
Defective Items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in shipping and returned within 14 days. For exchanges, the item can be replaced with a new item or the defective item can be repaired by Watercolor Wildflowers. See https://watercolorwildflowers.com/returns
